Just start by friend requesting her first! Then you can send her a message or a commment or whatever. Just say that you've seen her around and ask her how she's doing. Basically like what you wrote.

hey Stranger didnt i see you like the other day and just be cool about it dont act weird and definatly dont tell anyone you like her because 99% they'll tell her but like i said just be cool about it dont flirt with her yet in order to start dating first you have to become friends then once your good friends and you think you both like eachother then start to date if you go to fast it probably wont work out

Yeap boy, I agree with Shelly. Just be urself, as more natural as possible. Believe it or not, we women (well must of us), like natural words. Don't sound like "programed". Breath deeply and ... you can start with that thing that " I found you here .. bla, bla "... you will know what to say. Your heart will tell. A good tip could be that, don't make "so many question like an interview with "inmigration in Miami", you know. That is boring sometimes. ...
