How do i approach this girl so that i can ask her out?

I want to date this girl. were good friends and in myspace i always tell her shes beautiful cause she is and im sure she likes to hear that from people. but everytime i try to hang out with her she never answers me. do you think i might be making her nervous? how should i approach her next time i ask her?

women like flattery. thats just a given. She may however, be acting weird in real life because she is a little freaked out. For example, I have no problems talking to folks online but i dont always want to meet them unless i can see a future, which is not usually the case. Let it go for awhile, continue talking to her on MySpace and avoid the when do you want ot meet convo for a bit. Next time you ask (and make sure you wait a bit) if she avoids the question ask her bluntly if she doesnt like meeting people from online. If that is the case, ask if there is a way for you to make her more comfortable, or if maybe there is somethign else holding her back.

probably u r making her nervous ,i know this may not be easy 4 u but u should atleast u should try or tell her in myspace that hoe come she does not talk to u.
