Ex and i broke up a couple months ago after a miusunderstanding. He called me up about a month ago wanting to see me again and said he missed me. He asked if I was dating anyone, I said no and he said he wasn't either. Then I saw on his myspace that he has a girl he's been "hanging out" with (his words) but they were not dating. The day after he called me telling me how much he missed me, he left her a comment that said, "I miss my girl! Come back!" (She was out of town.) She got back into town and he broke up with her almost immediately. They dated maybe a week. Now he has been coming around again. We had a really good realtionship that was very serious, that's why I'm shocked he would lie.

He doesn't know I know all of this. Was she just a rebound, and should I give him another chance? OR should I just forget him. I am just stunned he would lie; we NEVER had trust issues and he was never a player. I dont' know what to think. We're both 25.

Well he didn't really lie, he was just hanging out with her and broke up with her as soon as he saw that he had a chance to be with you again.

Y'all are both 25, never would have guessed it. The story sounds younger! Anyway, I think its best you just move on. He is your ex for a reason, go forward not backwards.

If you broke up over a misunderstanding i bet you actually broke up for more than that. Its pretty extreme to kill a relationship over 1 thing. She sounds like a rebound girl but since they are only dating a week then it wasnt to serious. If you want him back really think over all the reasons you broke up and then make your decision
