Just want other men/women's opinions on this because I'm not sure if I'm overreacting.

While looking at my boyfriend of almost two years' myspace account, I noticed this girl from out of state had made several comments on his photos. I was curious about her, so I looked at her page. He had made comments about her that were, to me, flirting...."nice legs!" and "great body," and "yum, you look sexy." I was surprised and hurt by this and asked him about it. He became defensive and said she was someone he'd met online years ago and they just talk, that she was having a bad time and he wanted to "boost her self-esteem."

I think it's inappropriate and he said he'd stop, yet I see she is still commenting on his page and now has hers set to "private." Comments, advice, experiences would be appreciated.

That is unacceptable in a relationship. Who is to say that she might not try to connect with him in person sometime. There are other ways of encouraging someone with low self esteem.he crossed the line in my opinion and wouldn't like it if the situation was reversed. Move on.

He is being innapropriate. since you have talked to him before, confront him again about the situation. tell him how it makes you feel, tell him you really don't appreciate the things that he is doing, and if he becomes offensive, give hyim another chance or dump him, it's totally up to you

It could just be flirting, nothing more. But it could be more than that.The comments obviously bother you, so get rid of him before the situation gets out of hand. It seems you don't trust him, he has given you a reason not to!
